I studied here very well with fellow students for my Spanish minor. It's not completely silent here, but also not very noisy.

Canoe rental Utrecht
With the canoes you can see a large part of the city center of Utrecht from a beautiful and different perspective. Canoeing under Hoog Catharijne is a fun experience.
